By recognising the individual requirements of your lawn we will devise and carry out a lawn care programme specifically
designed to produce a lush green. healthy weed and pest free lawn.
How does a GREEN STRIPE Lawncare programme work?
Initially we carry out a fully comprehensive survey of your lawn. By covering all aspects such as soil pH (soil acidity
/ alkalinity), soil type, grass varieties, weeds, pests and diseases etc., we can devise a programme of treatments that will
ensure a green, healthy, lush, weed-free lawn. All we ask you to do is to mow the lawn regularly, and water when necessary
- all in all lawn care partners.
What is the GREEN STRIPE Lawncare programme?
On your behalf we carry out planned treatments up to five times per year. We apply specially formulated fertilisers together
with weed, moss and pest control products only available to professional users such as golf greenkeepers and groundsmen. These
products are more effective than those available through DIY and Garden Centres. The fertilisers we use will help create a
lush, green dense sward without flushes of growth that require excessive mowing. If necessary we also carry out cultural treatments
such as aeration, scarification, top-dressing and re-seeding.

Our staff are certificated to current NPTC (National Proficiency Tests Council) standards in the application of the professional
weed, moss and pest control products we use. This ensures the products are applied safely, accurately and to maximum effect
whilst taking into account the safety of children, pets and the environment. With the environment in mind we only use these
products when absolutely necessary, and with your approval.
How much will my GREEN STRIPE Lawncare programme cost?
Our fertilisers last longer than conventional products and our weed, pest and disease treatments are more effective,
allowing us to provide a service which can actually cost less than doing it yourself.
Also as we are an independent Company, this allows us maximum flexibility in the type of programme we recommend, and
in meeting your budget.
